It's Giving Tuesday yet all I can give is sanctuary to the forgotten felines.
Meet Sandy. Last night I said no then dreamed of her and woke to say yes. She's been fed by 2 elderly, disabled sisters but they can't let her in because they have mobility issues. They tried to find a shelter but same old thing gets said: owner surrender = PTS even though they aren't really her owners.
There's way more to her story but the bottom line is she needed to be saved. Maybe I shouldn't have taken one more but I did. She has an appointment tomorrow at 11:30 for SNAP test and shots. She was already a TNR.

Everything is overwhelming to her right now. She low growls but shows her belly for rubs and enjoys chin scritches. She was bonded to her brother but he disappeared weeks ago. The ladies suspect that the cat hater a few doors down might have has something to do with it.
