This cure takes its toll on both cat and human but it works. Unfortunately, due to cost, many warriors lose their fight to this horrible disease. I watch people struggle to pay for this treatment. I see rescues taking on multiple cats and trying to fund them all. I see moms trying to save their kids best friend. I see people who are trying to save the only child they have.
I know exactly how fortunate I am to have been able to treat 2 cats.
I will forever worry about my first warrior. If he has a down day I will probably panic.
This is a thing for FIP parents.
But he is thriving, happy, and cured.
Be pawsome! Do pawsome! This is the way.
