17/01/2023 Update Part 2

Soooo tired.

Got up at 6:15 to give Mickey her shot and went back to bed. Probably wasn't a good idea but oh well.

Gia is improving slowly. He has a little bit of mouth breathing at night but it doesn't last more than a couple of minutes. He looks better, his respiration hasn't gone above 42 that I've seen, and he's eating good. He wants out of my room but I want more improvement before I release him.

Markus is getting snotty again. So close to labs it freaks me out. I'm starting to think FIP is easier to cure than his nasal bacteria! But his behaviour is normal and he's still food motivated.

Mickey continues to take her shots so good! I hold her in my lap without any restraint. Today it stung; she cried out some then started purring when it passed. She's eating much better, too.

In spite of everything that happened last week there is light on the horizon. Snotpacolypse is over (paws crossed), Mickey and Gia are getting better, and Ziggy got a home. I try to hold onto these wins because things could have gone much worse.
