Let's do Victor Von Catenstien next to highlight the special needs kitties here.
He was found alone in a garage and brought to my vet. Only 3-4 weeks old I bottle fed him and he was spunky. It was about a week when I saw him breathing hard. X-ray showed 1/4 of his right lung was collapsed, pectus excavatum, and it was suspected that he had a diaphragmatic hernia.
He was almost 5 months old when he had a massive exploratory surgery. He didn't have the hernia but he does have bronchiectasis, a condition that restricts pulmonary flow. It's usually only seen in older male cats.
Victor also has eosinophilic granuloma and he's having an outbreak right now. Put the sunflower cone on him and treat the sore with Vetricyn. I'm starting him on steroids, antibiotics, and another prescription food. He's still on another script food because he has problems with urinary blockages.
It was suggested, when he was little, that he wasn't supposed to live. Well he did! And as long as he lives he will have the best that can be provided.
If you can help with the cost of script food and more antibiotics it would be greatly appreciated. Bob has surgery tomorrow and Ray and Luke have labs next week. I have those funds but the bank account will be left almost empty. Victor's meds and food will be about $100ish. Any amount helps!
Please help him live his best life. He has an angry little face but he is such a sweet, loving baby!
Be pawsome! Do pawsome! This is the way.
