I want everyone to know that I'm not just giving up on Sandy.
Though she most likely has cancer there's a slim chance that this could be FIP regression.
Bumping her FIP meds up and adding steroids and antibiotics. I'll take her back in 2 weeks for labs to see if this helps. Her white blood cells are horrible. The eosinophils have been climbing since treatment started so if the higher dose of FIP meds don't affect that count it's not regression.
Either way my hope is that she can have another year or 2 in comfort. I will try everything I can for her but when it's time I can't be selfish with my own feelings. It's always been them before me and that will never change.
Please help the rescue if you can. I really need to order 5 bags of litter and additional meds for Sandy. It's Friday so $5 Friday! Or Friday the $13? 😂 Whatever you can do! Share! Anything helps! PayPal or Zelle info@tuxieslegacy.org
