I'm making a short post because things are still up in the air.
The day shift ER doc was way better than the one who we started with! But there's a number of possibilities of what's going on.
She's going to try to wean him off oxygen and see how he does. If he doesn't do well he'll stay the night. If he does good he can come home tonight! He will need a full chemical panel tomorrow if he comes home.
I'll go into more detail later. I've been awake 30 hours and crying for half that time. I'll try to get through all the comments after some sleep. I don't know if this will happen again but for now he's looking 1000% better!

This isn't over yet but Gia is alive and improving.
