This is Rocco. He was dumped at Petsmart in SugarLand on Sunday night before the storm. He is a basset hound of young but undetermined age and in desperate need of rescue.
Unfortunately ALL facilities are closed for no power and they don't have room anyway. Because he's not a medical case they would probably just PTS. 😥
This is a horrible time to hope for his miracle angel but I am! Petsmart has him but he can only be released through a rescue; Tuxie's Legacy will be the rescue. All you have to do is say yes! He is a very sweet boy! Look at those blue eyes!
