08/03/2023 Update

Sorry for the late update. Davina is good to go!

She's clearing up and her hair is starting to grow back.

She got a bunny vaccine and was perfect. I'm not getting her spayed. My regular clinic doesn't do it and I have to take care of the cats first. I'm going to see if the bunny rescue can do it or if they can get her into a home if I agree to foster.

She is a sweet girl and becoming more social. I'm so glad I was able to get her this far but she needs a proper bunny home.

Though Dr Floyd was happy with Mickey's counts the admins said they should be better at this stage of treatment. They are changing the dosage to 10ml/kg. This is an aggressive dosage, same as Markus's. So she goes from a 1.2ml shot to a 1.8ml starting tomorrow.

It's a minor set back but I really feel defeated right now. I'm tired. FIP sucks!

We have 27 days left of original protocol but it may get extended if certain levels aren't corrected. I just hope she handles this much higher dose as well as she has everything so far. I hope I don't have to order more meds either. And I'd really like to run away right now but that's the stupid thoughts of the childish me.
