I'm going to assume that I've been passed over for the job.
They said I would hear back yesterday and I got nothing. I'm going to keep applying elsewhere.
I really just want to start quilting again and making blankets but the cats broke my sewing machine by knocking it onto the floor. Thanks to the pandemic economy it's $100 more than it used to be but I'll figure it out. I do still have a job for now but I have to stretch every check as much as I can because after Tuesday we go to weekends only. It's an extreme cut on hours.
Everyone is doing good (knock on wood!) and I'm going to make appointments for the kittens. Joey and Johnny are still showing up for breakfast. Joey I can probably grab easy but Johnny will have to go into the trap. Don't know how well that's going to work. I'll just do what I can as funding and luck permit.
Now I'm off to suffer heat and bad attitudes! Stay cool and Happy Caturday!
