Sooo.....
I'm about to do something that I JUST said I couldn't do anymore. Call me a liar, hypocrite, whatever... I have no choice here. The situation has me stuck in a box.
George is FIV+. Stupid me didn't even think about that possibility. He's also got some serious bite wounds and broken teeth. I can't release a cat with FIV. I also can't have him running around the house, feral AF, and maybe aggressive.
My only solution is to keep him in the big pen and try to tame him. Or to get a large enclosure for the back porch. The one I built collapsed...
On a similar note of TNR, all 3 baby voids showed up to eat! Plus (no pics yet) a large, fluffy void and a smaller, fluffy void. That's 8 total that nom in the backyard.
I can't think on any of this today because my mom, after waiting for weeks, is physically being transferred to hospice care. That, in itself, is enough to deal with for one day. I also have to go pick up George. I let him stay overnight because I was just going to take him straight for release but now plans have changed.

There's so much needed: Goose's surgery, TNR, enclosure, and all the regular supplies. This isn't a great way to start the new year but this is how it is. Rescue needs don't respect Carla's needs! 😂
