I waited all day to hear back from the admins about Sugar's labs.
Dr Floyd says they look great but the only response I got from the admin was "does she have any inflammation or sores" so IDK what that even means. Her albumin came up slightly but Dr Floyd says that's probably because of her gums. FIV cats do have problems with their mouths. So I'm still waiting for something more from admins. She seems to be doing great though!
I'm working and running a rescue so I'm really all over the place right now. All the kittens are doing well. Older kittens eyes are clearing up. I'm going to try to do an adoption event in 3 weeks after Gen Z have their first shots.
Victor is doing great and has no problem with his special diet. Gia is behaving mostly with minimal mouth breathing. Mickey enjoys her freedom from meds!
I'm watching Sweet Baby Ray because I'm paranoid and I feel like he lost some weight. He's always been a thin cat but I can't take chances. Whatever went through the crew a few months ago has left me afraid of another FIP case. I weigh him every day and watch him for signs.
It's all very hectic but the summer routine is in place. There's always something to do so no way to get bored!
Please continue to support the rescue however you can. We appreciate everything you do!
Be pawsome! Do pawsome! This is the way.
