I had a bad day with pain yesterday but only did what absolutely had to be done.
This is getting very frustrating and old. Enough about me though.
Johnny had 105 fever. His labs were borderline questionable so I checked with my FIP admin. It was decided to give him steroid and Convenia shots with fluids and watch him for any physical signs. He has none so I'll see if he will eat this morning. He still enjoys belly rubs!
Funyun has gone back to her mom and the house is a little more quiet! I'll miss her serious cattitude and violent head bonks.
Hazel has been running around like she never had surgery. She likes to bite the skin on my knuckles and try to drag me off! Too much purrsonality!
Riley is actually doing better taking shots than I expected. She acts very dramatic for oral meds! Her energy level is up some and her eating is still good. She's always been sort of standoffish but started hanging around me last week, seeking attention. That's how I knew something was going on with her. So far she doesn't run away from me and we do shots using the "cat bag".
Good little warrior.
Thank you so much for the donations of food and funds. It's been so hard this year and it's only March 1st! We're not ahead by any means but we have food and litter and meds.
Thank you for keeping us going!
Be pawsome! Do pawsome! This is the way.
